You can make reservations for your transfer up to 2 hours before your preferred pickup time.

No, our pricing is comprehensive and conclusive. The amount quoted for your transfer encompasses all charges; there are no unforeseen costs.
3What payment methods do you accept?
We offer diverse payment options, including cash on arrival, PayPal and secure card transactions through Stripe. Additionally, we accept cash payments during the pickup for added flexibility.
4How can I modify or cancel my booking?
To make adjustments or cancel your booking, please contact us at [email protected] or call +30 697 34 01 870. We offer free cancellation up to 48 hours before your scheduled arrival.
5Can I book a return transfer?
Certainly! You can effortlessly arrange a return transfer online. If you initially booked a one-way transfer and now require a return transfer, kindly contact us at [email protected] or call +30 697 431 7502.
6When is my booking confirmed?
Your booking is considered final and confirmed upon receiving an email containing your booking details and all necessary information before the transfer.
7How do I request baby seats, and is there an additional cost?
To request baby seats, please indicate your requirement in the booking form. We are pleased to offer baby seats as a complimentary service, free of charge.
Arrival & Pickup
1Are there hidden charges?
No, our pricing structure is transparent and conclusive. The amount quoted is the final amount payable.
2How do we meet at the Airport/Port?
One of our drivers will await you outside the arrivals hall at the airport. At the port, our driver will be positioned just outside the boat exit, holding a sign with your name. They will also assist you with your luggage and escort you to the vehicle.
3Do I have to tip the driver?
Tips are discretionary and entirely at your discretion.
4What if my flight is delayed?
We monitor flight status online, ensuring our team remains informed. Even in the case of delays, a driver will be present to welcome you upon arrival.
5What if I arrive early or encounter difficulty finding the driver?
